I’m Anna —currently, a Senior UX Designer in the Financial Industry.

I navigate the areas of user experience design, education, and research-driven outcomes.

2021-Present

I currently support collaboration tools and lead design operations development within the PNC Private Bank application. We design experiences for Private Bank clients and their financial advisor teams.

2020-2023

I was an Adjunct instructor at Carnegie Mellon University for Communication Design Fundamentals. I facilitated lectures, demonstrations, and critiques, in addition to creating and refreshing course materials for the Department. My philosophy as a professor is to guide students to learn through design practice.

2019-2021

I completed my Masters in Interaction Design at Carnegie Mellon University. During this time I received two international design awards from Core77 in the Consumer Technology division and was recognized with the School of Design Merit Award.

2016-2019

For three-and-a-half years I worked in marketing and creative management. I implemented two large rebrands and collaborated with brand systems, in-house creative teams, editorial teams, and internal and external stakeholders. I managed all University print and online marketing materials. I supervised one full-time designer, one design intern, and three to four design contractors and also established the department’s first design internship program which staffed six internships during my tenure.

In my spare time, I enjoy trying out new local coffee shops and bakeries and exploring the mountains of Colorado and Pennsylvania on skis or in my kayak.
