Objective | In 2018 I was responsible for directing the name simplification of Western State Colorado University to Western Colorado University. In simplifying the name of the institution, I was tasked with updating the logo and the Marketing Communications institutional brand guide to reflect these changes. In addition to making these factual changes to the document I was encouraged to give the entire document a fresh and clean new look that was easier to use internally and externally with Western clients and staff.

Result | After a year of design and coordination our team is now in the process of completing the brand guide for the 2019 academic school year. This document provides design direction for the institution as well as a professional new look and feel that makes design and branding concepts easier to understand and follow.
