Objective | In the Spring of 2017 I was tasked with redesigning and art directing all of the print materials for the admissions recruitment cycle. This cycle is composed of recruitment materials for prospective students and accept materials for prospective students that have been accepted into the institution. 

Recruitment materials include a 28 page Viewbook, At-A-Glance Brochure, Transfer Brochure and Engagement print piece. These pieces are printed in quantities of 2,000 to 30,000 and are used over the course of an academic year for recruitment marketing purposes.

Accept Materials include the institutional Accept Letter and 28 page New Student Guide. These pieces are printed in quantities of 2,000 to 3,000 and are created to engage students and prepare them for the school year in the Fall.

Result | After managing the printing and mailing of these items for the academic year our team received positive feedback from the admissions department and were able to develop cleaner lines of communication and in-house process efficiencies. These positive changes resulted in a 11-12% increase of students enrolled for the 2018-19 academic year and the largest freshman class in a decade.


 

STUDENT ENGAGEMENT

Over the course of the 2017-18 academic school year students that received letters of acceptance interacted with the “I’m a Mountaineer” campaign on social media platforms.

This campaign gave prospective students the opportunity to showing their friends and family where they chose to attend college in the Fall.
