Objective | In the Spring of 2018 the Marketing Communications team was tasked with updating the template for all undergraduate, graduate, and beyond the classroom programs at Western Colorado University. These one page templates are updated annually and used to market individual programs for recruitment purposes. I managed the project from a design system perspective.

I was also involved in transferring the updated print design of this project to web to ensure all of our program pages had cohesive and consistent information and design direction.

Result | By streamlining the design and the organization of the program template our team was able to execute the redesign of 50+ programs over the course of a year. This new design is now the primary template for academic programs and is able to align undergraduate, graduate, and beyond the classroom programs under the same design and content organization. 

Color coding was established to help distinguish program types in print versions for perspective students and parents.
